In 1953, a class of children in Michigan were sent to space for a week. While in space, they developed a disease known at the time as Detrectacornile. All known scientists and doctors who have worked with the children were sworn to secrecy by the CIA in order to not cause a panic. As the children shrived before them, they encased them in oily skin suits and remained then "Detractanile Lizards". They had no memory but were eventually able to be sent to school again. Stacy had been bullied by a girl named Heather. One day, during a field trip to a light house, Heather pretended to fall on Stacy, which ended up with her falling on Stacy, ripping her mouth open and sticking her teeth into Heather. Heather was allergic to the chemicals in the mouth made by the disease and and died shortly after. Stacey was blamed for both deaths and Detractanile Lizards, along with all lizards, were sentenced to death. After such a thing happened, all records of "Detractanile Lizards" were removed from history except for fairy tails and horror stories.
